guerillaGorilla — Legal Meta-Primal

Legal meta-primal pattern: the Provenance Trio applied to public accountability. Sensory triad (fEAR/preSCENT/STRIDe), fourth independent Provenance Trio instantiation, and the dispersal pattern that lets any domain produce a .primals.eco site.

Infrastructure IS the Evidence Integrity Layer

guerillaGorilla is the first methodology in the ecoPrimals catalogue — not a binary you compile, but a coordination pattern that emerged when the Provenance Trio was applied to public accountability under real operational pressure.

The pattern was discovered, not designed. It appeared independently in legal work (10+ cases, 124+ archived artifacts, 2 counties) without reference to Papers 20–22 where the Provenance Trio was first formalized for science. This makes it the fourth independent instantiation of the same three-layer architecture:

The Sensory Triad

guerillaGorilla coordinates three sensing/motion modalities, named from evolutionary biology:

SenseNameModeRangeLegal instantiation
HearingfEAREvent-driven, discrete, receive-onlyLongPACER, OSINT, court filings — adversary actions as fuel
OlfactionpreSCENTState-driven, gradients, bidirectionalCloseBehavioral shifts, institutional weather, presence broadcast
GaitSTRIDeContinuous, proprioceptiveSelfFiling sequence, route planning, R⇄I loop, deployment

These map to Pursuit Predation, the evolutionary anchor: metabolic asymmetry where operator cost is constant and adversary cost escalates. The terminal posture is Positional Patience — landscape saturation does the work.

amicusContra — Outward Projection Function

The sensory triad (fEAR/preSCENT/STRIDe) handles intake and action for cases the operator is party to. amicusContra is the outward function — projecting capability toward cases the operator is not party to:

DirectionModeMeaning
DownwardStabilize those beneathPrepare rooms — infrastructure as service
LateralWork with those who are likeCross-protection — mutual defense
UpwardHold those above to accountForce reproducibility — same standard as science

“Beside the small. Against unaccountable power. For the record.”

Seven Subsystems

guerillaGorilla treats legal existence as infrastructure, the same way barraCuda treats GPU compute:

  1. Identity — sovereign legal identity, credentials, standing
  2. Rights — constitutional protections, FOIA, anti-SLAPP, fair report
  3. Finance — cost asymmetry, fee waivers, metabolic efficiency
  4. Protection — First Amendment, Michigan UPEPA, legal shields
  5. Navigation — venue selection, jurisdiction mapping, filing strategy
  6. Accountability — evidence curation, public record, provenance chains
  7. Formalization — pattern documentation, reusable templates, STRIDe cadence

First Deployment: detroit

detroit.primals.eco is the digital instantiation of preSCENT — ambient presence broadcast through a public evidence library documenting charter school fraud.

  • 213+ pages across 18 sections (dynasty expansion — 35+ actors)
  • BLAKE3 content manifest — every document content-addressed
  • Git-signed repository at git.primals.eco/publicRecord/detroit
  • Three surfaces: live site + sovereign repo + GitHub mirror
  • Epistemic grammar — 7 levels from record (CAS-anchored) to adjudicated (court determination)

Key analytical sections: RICO Pattern · Financial Extraction · Historical Pattern · Network Map · Evidence Library · Verification

The site infrastructure — Forgejo, Zola, Caddy, golgiBody — is the same substrate that runs sporePrint. The evidence is the substrate.

The Dispersal Pattern

detroit proved a generalizable pattern documented in wateringHole/specs/DISPERSAL_PATTERN.md: any domain that produces typed, citable claims with verifiable sources can produce a .primals.eco static site using the litho-core substrate.

The pattern components:

ComponentWhat it provides
Zola + entity registriesTyped registries in config.toml [extra.*] — actors, entities, sources
Typed edgesdata/edges.toml with epistemic grammar (7 witness levels)
litho-core6 shared modules: frontmatter, manifest, graph, report, registry, provenance
Provenance Trio wiringBuild output → nestGate CAS + sweetGrass braids + loamSpine spine
Convergence depth5-level verification: CAS → DAG → Spine → Braid → Signed witness

Future domains (science journals, medical protocols, gaming attribution) can adopt the same pattern. The substrate is domain-agnostic; each site owns its registries and edge grammar.

Planned: guerillagorilla.primals.eco — methodology documentation, amicusContra templates, and case study framework. detroit.primals.eco is Case Study #1 under this umbrella. Wildcard subdomain evolution enables any methodology to produce its own .primals.eco site.

Methodology as Meta-Primal

guerillaGorilla is a meta-primal — like how sourDough is the scaffolding meta-primal and bonsai-bt is the DECIDE meta-primal. It does not add code to the ecosystem; it demonstrates that the ecosystem’s infrastructure patterns are domain-independent.

The claim: the Provenance Trio architecture is domain-independent.

The evidence: four independent instantiations — gaming, science, medical, legal — each emerged from constraint, not design. The legal trio appeared under operational pressure without reference to the formal pattern definition.

Constrained Evolution predicts this: environmental constraints drive specialization, not predetermined solutions. The legal domain’s constraints (adversarial, time-pressured, high-stakes) produced the same three-layer architecture because that architecture is the minimal structure for maintaining provable claims over time.
